Brunswick Cloud Training
Brunswick Cloud overview
Brunswick Cloud is the cloud-based marketing system linked to SYNC. This platform is used to manage your overhead marketing between games and in-game. Along with this there is functionality for email marketing, customer loyalty scheme and the Brunswick OpenLane App.
The system will be setup for the new business before Go Live by the support team, either with supplied images and logos or generic design. Once the team have settled into using the new systems, the support team will invite the managers or the marketing team to a remote training call to go through all system functionality, at approx. 4-6 weeks after opening.
This can be brought forward if required.
Training overview
As previously stated, generally we would look to schedule the Brunswick Cloud training 4-6 weeks after Go Live to ensure the team are not overwhelmed by new systems, but this can be brought forward if required.
This training session is carried out by a member of the Support team, and it will be held remotely to ensure that all participants can see all elements on their own screen.
The session will cover all the above functions and give examples of how other operators use the system to its full potential for their business’.
The training can take 1- 2 hours dependent on how the system will be used by the specific business.
Additional services
Additional training sessions can be scheduled if required, either via remote call or in-house training. A benefit of in-house training would be a longer training sessions to practice building campaigns and creating overheads in real time and to cover the customer functions on the lane tablets, but we would cover this during Go Live anyway.
We also offer Brunswick Cloud Management, whereby a member of the Support team will build out campaigns and in-house advertisements to your specifications. There is a standard rate for this service but please email support@bowlingvision.com for more information.
